1 . Inbound Roaming Promotion:
Bahrain Telecommunications Company (BSC) (hereinafter known as “Batelco”) runs a Mobile Post-paid & Pre-paid Inbound Roaming Promotion (the “Promotion”) with the chance of winning one prize by way of a raffle. The Promotion will take place in Bahrain from 12:01 A.M. on 1 st March 2008 to 11:59 P.M.on 30 th June 2008 (the " Promotion Period").

2 . Promotion Organizer:
For the purposes of the Promotion, the organizer is Batelco.

3 . Eligibility

The Promotion is only open to Inbound roamers who use Batelco’s network in Bahrain during the Promotion Period and originate local calls in Bahrain or international calls from Bahrain on their mobile phone. .

Employees of Batelco, as well as members of their immediate family (such as father, mother, brothers, sisters or children), their legal or common-law spouses or any persons with whom they reside are not eligible to enter the Promotion. The Promotion is void where it is prohibited or restricted by law.

4 . How to Enter:

All Entrants who originate 10 accumulative minutes of local or international calls while roaming in Batelco networkduring the Promotion Period will enter the raffle with a chance of winning the Prize..

5 . Prizes:

5.1 The “Prize” will be 1 (one) trip to EuroDisney for up to 4 (four) adults including flight and accommodation.

5.2 Accommodation will be provided in a 4 star hotel for a maximum of 4 nights

5.3 Batelco will only provide an open return flight ticket from the Kingdom of Bahrain to Paris. Any change of travel route or any other detour or any fees relating to such a changewill have to be paid by the prospective winner.

5.4 Batelco will not provide or pay for any other transport means (transport in Paris and transport to and from Eurodisney and the departure and arrival airport will have to be provided and paid for by the selected winner) travel insurance, life insurance, health insurance, food, pocket money, stolen/lost money or any other costs or expenses during the trip.

5.5 Visa arrangements or approval will remain the sole responsibility of the selected winner.

5.6 The validity of the Prize lasts for 6 (six) months after the notification of the respective winner. If the winner cannot use the Prize within this 6 month period the Prize shall become null and void and Batelco will be under no obligation to provide the Prize..

6 . General Terms and Conditions:

6.1 Verification of Entries. The validity of any entry is subject to verification by Batelco. Any illegible, incomplete or fraudulent entries will be rejected. Any Entrant or any individual who enters or attempts to enter the Promotion in a manner, which is contrary to these rules or by its nature is unjust to other Entrants, will be rejected. All decisions of Batelco with respect to any aspect of the Promotion, including the eligibility or disqualification of Entrants, are final, without right of appeal.

6.2 Acceptance of Prize. The Prize, save as provided for in these rules, must be accepted as described above and cannot be transferred or sold to another individual, substituted or exchanged for cash.

6.3 Substitution of Prizes. If, for reasons that are beyond its control and not related to the winning Entrants, Batelco is unable to award a Prize or Prizes as described in these rules, Batelco reserves the right to award a Prize of a similar nature and an equivalent value.

6.4 Number of Prizes. By entering the Promotion, each Entrant acknowledges that Batelco shall not be required to award more Prizes than the Prize described in clause 5 above.

6.5 Exclusion of Liability - General. By entering the Promotion, each Entrant releases and discharges Batelco and if the entrant is the winner it shall procure that each Prize beneficiary releases and discharges Batelco from any and all liability to the fullest extend permitted by law with respect to any damages whatsoever he or she may suffer arising from his or her participation in the Promotion or arising fromhis or her winning the Prize

6.6 Exclusion of Liability - Promotion Operation. By entering the Promotion, each Entrant releases and discharges Batelco and if the entrant is the winner it shall procure that each Prize beneficiary releases and discharges Batelco from any and all liability to the fullest extend permitted by law arising from any unauthorized human intervention, or any other cause, including but not limited to malfunction of any computer component, software or communication line, any loss or absence of network communication, any faulty, incomplete or unintelligible transmissions or any transmissions that are erased by any computer or network which could limit the opportunity of any individual to enter the Promotion, or prevent them from doing so.

6.7 Modification. Batelco reserves the right to modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the Promotion in whole or in part, at their sole discretion, in the event of a virus, a computer bug or unauthorized human intervention or any other cause that is beyond the control of Batelco that could corrupt or affect the administration, security, impartiality or normal course of the Promotion.

7 . Communication of Winners.

7.1 Following the close of the Promotion and the subsequent raffle Batelco will contact the selected winner by placing calls on 7 (seven) consecutive working days on the mobile phone number used by the respective winner to enter the Promotion .

7.2 In case the selected winner is unavailable on the mobile phone number provided, Batelco reserves the right to select another winner.

8. Publicity

 Winner’s names and prizes may be published in local newspapers and Batelco internet site. Winner’s photographs may also be published with the winner’s written consent.

 9 . Governing Requirements

Batelco Inbound Roaming Promotion is in accordance with the regulations of the Bahrain Ministry of Industry and Commerce. These terms and conditions shall be construed and governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
