Draws will take place 2 month throughout the year.

1. The Batelco Car Prizes Programme offers all Batelco mobile customers – the chance of winning an Audi A4 car once every two months. All winners will be randomly selected and thus may possibly be selected more than once (total 6 cars in one year).
   
   
2. Winners will be notified by calling the winning selected mobile number. In the event the winner cannot be contacted within a period of 7 days, he/she will be disqualified and another winner will be selected.
   
3. All prizes must be claimed from the Batelco Diplomatic building located in the Diplomatic Area, Manama within 7 calendar days from the date the winner is notified by Batelco.
   
   
4. All winners have to present (upon collection of their prize) either their Central Population Registration cards (“CPR”) or passport if not a resident of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
   
   
5. Winners under 18 years of age should bring their parent/guardian when coming to collect their prize. Both winners and parent/guardian should present their CPR upon collection of their prize.
   
   
6. Prepaid mobile service (SIMSIM) winners will be Subscriber Identity Module (“Sim”) card users. The user is the person who has possession of the Sim card and can confirm their last 3 refill dates and amounts.
   
7. Postpaid mobile service winners will be individuals in whose name the Sim card is registered.
   
   
8. In order for a number to be eligible for the 2 month draw and Car prize the owner of that winning number if (i) a postpaid mobile customer, must have monthly paid a minimum amount of BD10 for 2 months – towards his/her mobile phone bill and (ii) a prepaid mobile customer must refill a minimum of BD10 in his/her prepaid mobile account . Each BD10 will entitle a customer to 1 entry in Batelco Car Prizes. Each entry to a draw will be based on the amount of money paid to settle the current month’s bill. Any payments towards previous month’s bill i.e. overdue payment, will not qualify for an entry into the 2 month draw. For a customer to qualify to be a winner his mobile number must be registered in his name for at least 2 consecutive monhs.
   
   
9. Batelco Car Prizes is for Batelco individual mobile customers only, business customers are excluded.
   
   
10. Batelco staff are not eligible to enter the competition.
    
    
11. Winner’s names and photographs will be published in local newspapers and Batelco internet site.
    
12. Third party claims shall not be considered.
    
    
13. Batelco Car Prizes is in accordance with the regulations of the Bahrain Ministry of Commerce and Industry.
