1. Installation and Configuration:
This covers the first installation and initial configuration of the high-end router at your business premises.

2. Service Monitoring :
To ensure optimal performance, Batelco remotely monitors your broadband router 24x7 through its monitoring system. In case of any faults in your router or connection, alarms will appear directly to our technical support team.

3. Trouble shooting & Management:

Batelco Technical Support Team, will pro-actively investigates the problem upon reception of a fault alarm in your broadband connection, identify the type of error, and do the necessary trouble shooting remotely. If the problem needed physical attendance, a technician will be sent to your site during Batelco business hours.

Service Business Policies:

1. This package is for minimum subscription period of 1 year. The customer is required to pay the prorated value of the broadband router should he/she terminates the service before the elapse of the minimum subscription period; 1 year.
2. Batelco inet broadband business customer is allowed to change his service to the Managed inet Broadband on his existing line. The following change service charges should apply:

a. Migration from any of the existing Business/Education inet Broadband packages to Managed inet Broadband costs BD 120.
b. Migration from the Managed inet Broadband packages to the existing Business/Education inet Broadband costs BD 60.
c. Migration between the Managed inet Broadband package speeds costs BD 15.

3. The customer is requested to use the broadband router provided with the Managed inet Broadband package to get the service.
