Broadband Troubleshooting Checklist

In order to avoid service disconnections please ensure the following:

  • You are using a Batelco Approved ADSL Filter.
  • Your internal telephone connections has been professionally wired.
  • Your router is an Adsl2+ compliance & installed with the latest firmware
  • Your router is configured with the setting recommended by Batelco
  • Your Computer has an Anti-Virus & Internet Security Software.

Broadband Security Tips

  • Install an internet security suite - antivirus and a firewall
  • Keep your internet security software regularly updated
  • Scan your PC regularly to ensure that your system is free from viruses
