- Your internal telephone connections has been professionally wired.
- Your router is an Adsl2+ compliance & installed with the latest firmware
- Your router is configured with the setting recommended by Batelco
- Your Computer has an Anti-Virus & Internet Security Software.

- Install an internet security suite - antivirus and a firewall
- Keep your internet security software regularly updated
- Scan your PC regularly to ensure that your system is free from viruses
