The broadband monthly allocated usage level quota is valid for one billing cycle only. The remaining unused free Mb is not carried forward to the next billing month. The usage level quota is reset to full quota on commencement of each billing cycle.
for customers on 8Mb package and above customers needs to have router which supports Annex M to get 2 Mb upload speed, otherwise they will get up to 1Mb upload speeds.
