What is eBilling?

eBilling is a free service offered from Batelco which allows you to receive your monthly bills electronically on your email or via our e-Services online portal.

What does eBilling offer?

  • Digitally archive your bills.
  • Convenient online billing

Batelco takes steps to convert its customers to e-billing, 500 fils charges will be introduced for printed paper bills per month starting from 1st of April 2013.

How can you register?

New account?

  1. Login to www.batelco.com or www.e-services.com.bh
  2. Select "Register"
  3. Type your line number and CPR
  4. Enter a valid email address and password
  5. Email notification sent to verify and confirm the account

Got e-Services account but want to add eBilling?

  1. Login to e-services
  2. Select "eBilling"
  3. From the lines you wish to activate
  4. Add new email address and password
  5. Email notification sent to verify and confirm the service
Want electronic bills instead of printed ones?

  1. Logon to e-services
  2. Select "eBilling"
  3. Choose the desired lines and click the "Stop printing bills" button

As an initiative to switch from printed bills to an electronic billing system, Batelco launched the "Go eBilling" campaign, encouraging customers to find their own individual reasons for wanting to switch to electronic bills, instead of receiving printed ones.
