Free calls on Fridays Terms and Conditions
Prepaid:
• Calls to Batelco numbers free of charge from 9am - 8 pm (4 Fridays free)
• Bolt On applicable to the mobile number of which the activation SMS is sent from: Fridays to 4554* (Fee of BD 1.5**)
• Bolt on applicable to Simsim Cool and Simsim Home packages
• Subscription will be renewed on a monthly basis from the last Friday date at 6pm (BD 1.5 will be deducted from the subscribers credit).
** If there is insufficient credit balance or a change in package, the system will try again for 3 days, then notify the customer. Subscriber has to re- register service by sending fridays to 4554.
**Subscriber can deactivate the auto renewal by sending dfridays to 4554
Postpaid:
• Calls to Batelco numbers are free of charge . Monthly fee of BD2.5
• The subscriber has to register for the service by sending fridays to 4554.
**Subscriber can deactivate the auto renewal by sending dfriday s to 4554
• Monthly Fee is not pro-rated
• Bolt on applicable to all postpaid packages
• The discount is in real-time, not at the end of the billing cycle
• A separate line in the bill in the rental section shows the name of the bolt on and the rental amount. This will be reflected in the first page under the rental in the Others section in the national calls section inside the bill, there is a line under the free minutes line that is called "Discount from Free Friday" with the discounted amount shown.
This is also reflected in the first page under the discounts in the national section. |
