Services through the 4554 SMS:
- Bill Inquiry: Send “ENQ” to 4554
- To retrieve Free Minutes & SMS balance : Send “F” to 4554
- To activate or deactivate add-on service, to get 25 fils per minute rate: Send “B1” (to activate) or send “DB1” (to deactivate) to 4554
- To activate or deactivate data bundle 1GB or 3GB for Super 30 Package: Send “1GB” (for 1GB date bundle), send “3GB” (for 3GB bundle), or send “DGB” to deactivate to 4554
- To transfer credit to a prepaid (SimSim) number: Send “T” amount BD to Number (SimSim number) to 4554. For example, to transfer 5 BD, T 5 39xxxxxx to 4554.
- To refill a prepaid (SimSim) number: Send “R” voucher number, SimSim number to 4554. For example, send “R” voucher number 39xxxxxx

Mobile Prepaid Services
Services through 4554 SMS:
- Free Fridays. Get all local calls to other Batelco numbers free of charge from 9am – 8 pm (4 Fridays free). To obtain this offer send “Fridays” by SMS to 4554* (Fee of BD 1.5**).
Subscription will be renewed on a monthly basis from the last Friday date at 6pm (BD 1.5 will be deducted from the subscribers credit)
**If there is insufficient credit balance or a change in package, the system will try again for 3 days, then notify the customer. The subscriber has to re- register to the service by sending " friday" to 4554.
**Subscriber can deactivate the auto renewal by sending "dfriday" to 4554.
