Dial *125* followed by the 13-digit voucher number #, then press send.
Mobile IVR:
Call 111 and follow instructions.
196 IVR:
Call 196 and follow instructions.
Through SMS:
Send an SMS to 4554 with the text “R” space, “13 digit voucher number” space, “SimSim mobile number”
