Batelco Quick Serve machines are distributed at all Batelco retail shops and in key locations around the Kingdom. You can use your bank debit card or any major credit card to refill your SimSim account.
Using Quick Serve will enable automatic refilling to the SimSim account at the time of the payment. A receipt will be printed to confirm the refill transaction.
The SimSim vouchers denominations that are available on the Quick Serve are BD3, BD 5, BD 10 and BD20.
How to use Batelco Quick Serve machines:
- Choose the language you prefer
- Select SimSim Voucher
- Insert the SimSim number you like to refill
- Select the required denomination
- Select the payment method you prefer
- Swap your card, ATM card holders are required to enter their PIN Code
- Please confirm your transaction
- At the end of the transaction you can collect your printed recite

Refill your SimSim account through Batelco website e-services page; new users have to register to obtain a login name and a password for security reasons.
The SMS message text should be, “T” followed by a space, then the amount of credit to be transferred followed by space, and the “SimSim Mobile number” to be credited.
Customers can transfer from BD1 up to BD 200 with any fraction of two decimals of a dinar.
Both SimSim and Postpaid users can transfer credit. Transferred amount from SimSim to SimSim will be deducted from the "SimSim Sender" and credited to “SimSim Receiver”. Transferred amount from postpaid to SimSim will be credited to “SimSim receiver and billed to “Postpaid Sender”.
Credit transfer amount from Postpaid to SimSim is limited by BD 10 per day and BD 30 per month.

Both sender and receiver will get an SMS notification of successful transactions.

Transfer BD 7 from your credit to SimSim number 39144688
send an SMS message
T 7 39144688 to 4554 |

All Batelco mobile users (postpaid or prepaid) have the option of refilling any SimSim customer’s account via SMS.
Simply send an SMS to 4554 with the text “R” followed by a space, “13 digit voucher number”, space, then the “SimSim mobile number” to be credited. |
Both sender and receiver will get an SMS notification of successful transactions.
For example:
To Transfer BD 3 voucher number (1234567891111) to SimSim number 39144688
send an SMS message
R 1234567891111 39144688 to 4554. |

Can’t make a call? Out of Credit?
SMS your friend for FREE* with Call Me & Refill Me service
Now you can stay in touch even when you can’t make a call with both ‘Call Me’ and ‘Refill Me’ services from Batelco.
Now you can use 'Call Me' service to request a call back from a friend
or 'Refill Me' to request a refill. It’s simple to use:

- Type ‘c’ and ‘your friend’s number (39 xxx xxx)’ and SMS it to 4334,and your friend will receive an SMS to call you back
- Type ‘R’ and ‘your friend’s number (39 xxx xxx)’ and SMS it to 4334, and your friend will receive an SMS to refill your account
- Service applies within Batelco subscribers. You can send to any Batelco Postpaid Mobile or SimSim number.
- To benefit from the service, you should have a maximum credit of 100 fils or less.
- Each subscriber is entitled to a maximum of 5 requests per month for the Call Me, Refill Me service.

Postpaid customers can Buy Simsim vouchers by sending an SMS with the amount they want to 4554. For example, customers may send “simsim BD10” to 4554 and they will get an SMS with a BD10 refill voucher number and details. This service can be used to buy refill vouchers for all our available denominations (BD1, BD2, BD3, BD4, BD5, BD10, BD20 & BD30).
Note:
* Customer can buy maximum BD30 vouchers per day and per month.
* To get the last two voucher numbers purchased. Send "SimSim enq" to 4554.
* The Postpaid customer shouldn’t exceed his/her limit to be able to buy Simsim refill vouchers

You are able to refill your SimSim number through the following commercial Banks: National Bank of Bahrain (NBB), Bank of Bahrain of Kuwait (BBK), AlShamil Bank and AlAhli United Bank (AUB).
All SimSim refill denominations are available, BD 1, BD 3, BD 5, BD 10 and BD 20. The amount chosen will automatically be refilled in your SimSim number and deducted from your bank account.
