Terms & Conditions for SimSim BlackBerry®

BlackBerry ABBW

  • Package Rental: BD2
  • Service duration: 1 Week
  • BD2 is the amount to be deducted from the customer account
  • Customers will get 100MB – Accumulated data
  • Customers’ will get BlackBerry service duration of 7 days – Accumulated
  • 100MB data are local only
  • 4554 SMS is charged
  • Customer must have GPRS, to add send “Add GPRS “ or “Abb gprs” to 4554 via SMS
  • To Add BlackBerry weekly send “ABBW” or “Abbw” to 4554 via SMS
  • To Refill BlackBerry send “RBBW” or “Rbbw” to 4554 via SMS
  • The service will auto-renew, customer’s account must have a minimum of BD3 credit
  • To check BlackBerry status / available threshold : Customers can enquire about BlackBerry threshold Balance though USSD by sending *122*3#
  • Customers that subscribe to Blackberry Service will receive the following message: "Your SIMSIM BlackBerry has been activated successfully, Please restart your BlackBerry • and try the service after 5 minutes"
  • Customers that do not have sufficient credit to subscribe to the SimSim Blackberry service will receive the following message: “customer, the minimum allowed balance to • activate or refill SIMSIM BlackBerry “weekly” is  BD3 ”  
  • Customer must have a BlackBerry device to benefit from the BlackBerry services
  •  Usage above threshold is 12 fils /MB within BlackBerry active period
  • There is no BlackBerry Prepaid Data Roaming at this stage
  • Enterprise Email can not be activated using this BlackBerry bundle/service.
  • Customer must maintain prepaid line to insure BlackBerry service will not disconnect, disconnection of line will result in complete disconnection of BlackBerry service.

  • Customer must have GPRS, to add send “Add GPRS “ or “Abb gprs” to 4554 via SMS
  • To Add BlackBerry ABB2 send “ABB2” or “Abb2” to 4554 via SMS
  • To Refill BlackBerry send “RBB2” or “Rbb2” to 4554 via SMS

  • Data are local only
  • 4554 SMS is charged
  • Customer must have GPRS, to add send “Add GPRS “ or “Abb gprs” to 4554 via SMS
  • To Add BlackBerry Unlimited send “ABBW” or “Abbw” to 4554 via SMS
  • To Refill BlackBerry send “RBBW” or “Rbbw” to 4554 via SMS
  • The service will auto-renew, customer’s account must have a minimum of BD12 credit

  • Customers will get 100MB BlackBerry data each month for a total period of 1 Year
  • Customers’ will get BlackBerry service duration of 12 months
  • BlackBerry data are local only
  • 4554 SMS is charged
  • Customer must have GPRS, to add send “Add GPRS “ or “Abb gprs” to 4554 via SMS
  • To get this services
    • Customer must have an active Batelco prepaid line
    • Customer needs to visit Batelco retail shop to get the offer
    • Customer must pay BD100
  • Customer must maintain prepaid line to insure BlackBerry service will not disconnect
  • To check BlackBerry status / available threshold : Customers can enquire about BlackBerry threshold Balance though USSD by sending *122*3#
  • Customers that subscribe to Blackberry Service will receive the following message: "Your SIMSIM BlackBerry has been activated successfully, Please restart your BlackBerry • and try the service after 5 minutes"

  • 100MB data are local only
  • 4554 SMS is charged
  • Customer must have GPRS, to add send “Add GPRS “ or “Abb gprs” to 4554 via SMS
  • To Add BlackBerry ABBS send “ABBS” or “Abbs” to 4554 via SMS
  • To Refill BlackBerry send “RBBS” or “Rbbs” to 4554 via SMS
  • The service will auto-renew, customer’s account must have a minimum of BD4 credit at the point of renew
  • To check BlackBerry status / available threshold: Customers can enquire about BlackBerry threshold Balance though USSD by sending *122*3# or by sending “th bb” to 4554.
  • Customers that subscribe to Blackberry Service will receive the following message: "Your SIMSIM BlackBerry has been activated successfully, Please restart your BlackBerry • and try the service after 5 minutes"
  • Customers that do not have sufficient credit to subscribe to the SimSim BlackBerry service will receive the following message: “customer, the minimum allowed balance to • activate or refill SIMSIM BlackBerry “ABBS” is  BD4”  
  • Customer must have a BlackBerry device to benefit from the BlackBerry services.
  • Usage above threshold is charged 12 fils /MB within BlackBerry active period.
  • Customers will only have access to BBM + BBMail + Browser, AppWorld, Social Networking
  • Customers will not be able to add external email, and will not be able to operate IM services (WLM, Yahoo messenger, Google talk & ICQ).
  • There is no BlackBerry Prepaid Data Roaming at this stage
  • Enterprise Email can not be activated using this BlackBerry bundle/service.
  • Customer must maintain prepaid line to insure BlackBerry service will not disconnect, disconnection of line will result in complete disconnection of BlackBerry service.
