For the first time in Bahrain, we bring you the Smart Guide Service. Just Call 101 for detailed information on hotels, restaurants, fitness centres, airlines, car rentals, hospitals, route directions and much more.
So if you are wondering which 5 star hotels have spa facilities or you are lost in Muharraq and cant find your way to Riffa Golf Club, Batelco 101 can help you find your way.
The service is available seven days a week from 7am to 10pm in both English and Arabic. The call rate is 160 Fils/minute.
Enjoy the 101 service for free until 28 February 2013.
Terms and conditions:
1. Only customers subscribed to Batelco lines (fixed/mobile) are eligible to use this service.
2. The charge is 160 fils per minute.
3. The service is only available during the working hours (7 am to 10 pm).
4. For complaints, please call 196 not 101.
5. Calls to 101 will be charged even if certain information is not available with the call agent.
6. Batelco Smart Guide Service will be free of charge until February 28 2013.
