SMS bolt On is a Value Added Service (VAS) that has been created to cater for the excessive demand of SMS usage and the ever since increasing means of communications via texting.

Customers now can add their bundles selectively and combine any of the existing and enjoy boosting their communications via texting without worrying about the amount paid, they will be saving up to BD6.25!

How to activate the service?

Send the code( activation command)  as a text message to “4554”

How to deactivate the service?

• Send the appropriate code from below to the right SMS bundle

Can I check my balance?

• Send “Bal” to 4554, this will shows the total Bolt On messages balance

Things That I need to know:

• You can cross bundle the SMS Bolt Ons. For Example  you can add two bundles or all together  by sending the commands S100,S250 & S450 which will add 800 messages to your postpaid package. ( Note: Rental of packages are summed up )
• Adding a bundle  and removing it at the same time will result in deducting the corresponding rental amount  for one month , yet the customer will still be given the corresponding amount of SMSs under that bundle
• Activating, deactivating and then reactivating again the same bundle will not work unless a month period passes for the same bundle to be activated  ( provided the point above is catered for )
• You can balance the total number of messages added to your postpaid packages including the FREE SMSs that usually comes with your package by sending “F” to 4554
• Sending “BAL” will provide the combined SMS balance for the Bolt Ons.
  Note: enquiring a balance immediately after sending will not show accurate results unless
