• Batelco, Bahrain’s leading Telecommunications Company and one of the foremost supporters of health, education, cultural and sports initiatives in the Kingdom, started the New Year by donating gifts to young cancer patients at Salmaniya Medical Centre.

• Batelco, Bahrain’s leading telecommunications company has made a cash donation to the Indian Ladies Association to support the Sneha Recreation Centre.

• Batelco, Bahrain’s leading Telecommunications Company, is the main sponsor of this year’s St. George’s Day Ball, which was held on April 26th at the Bahrain Sheraton Hotel.

• As part of Batelco’s ongoing commitment to support the community, a group of Batelco staff spent a day at the Bahrain Grand Prix with a group of young residents from the Child Care Centre. The group of children were entertained at the Batelco Lounge in the Oasis Complex from where they were able to enjoy the excitement of the first practice sessions for this year’s Bahrain F1 event. They also joined Batelco staff for a Pit Lane Walk which gives the opportunity to have a close up look at the Formula 1 cars being fine-tuned before taking to the track.
