Install and un-install the video conferencing equipment.
Set up the call along with all the related add-ons at your conference time.
Provide a content archive of your conference as well as any other shared material (Powerpoint presentations, Faxes, Documents or White Board Discussions).
Provide technical support incase any issue arose during the conference.
