• Who is eligible to subscribe to One Plan?

  All customers are eligible to subscribe to or upgrade to One Plan.

• What is the contract duration for these plans?

  All plans come with a 24-month contract.

• What is the Free Device value on the One Plan Plus and One Plan Max?

  On the One Plan Plus (BD55), customers receive a device discount of BD300, while the One Plan Max (BD77) offers a device discount of BD400. If the selected device exceeds the allocated discount, the remaining amount will be paid by installment on the Primary line.

• Are device installments available on One Plan, One Plan Plus, One Plan Max?

  Yes, devices can be added on installments on the additional lines within the plan.

• When are customers eligible for a device discount?

  Customers’ are eligible for a device discount during the 24 month contract period.

• Can existing Fiber lines be shifted to One Plan?

  Yes, new and existing Fiber lines can shift to One Plan, One Plan Plus, One Plan Max irrespective of existing speed or contract status.

• Can Fiber plans be upgraded to higher speeds?

  Yes, Fiber plans on the One Plan Plus (BD55) and One Plan Max (BD77) can be upgraded with additional monthly fees.

• Is a Device Installment allowed on the Fiber line within One Plan?

  Yes, customers can purchase a device on installments on the Fiber line.
