• Are my data and calls shared across all countries?

  Your data and minutes are provided as shared bundles that can be used within Bahrain and while traveling abroad. The same allowance applies seamlessly wherever you are, as long as you are in a country supported by Batelco.

• Can I access roaming services worldwide?

  Roaming services are available in most countries; the coverage depends on Batelco’s supported countries. For the most up-to-date list of supported countries and partners, please visit: https://batelco.com/mobile-roaming/ to check prior to departure to avoid any additional charges.

• What happens if I consume all my data while being abroad?

  Your data service will be paused once your allowance is fully consumed, with no additional charges incurred. To continue using data, you may activate an additional data add-on or subscribe to a Voya plan to remain connected.

• What happens when my roaming calls are fully consumed?

  Once your roaming minutes are fully consumed, additional charges will apply. Rates vary depending on the destination. For more details, please visit: https://batelco.com/mobile/roaming/

• What type of roaming usage are included within the free calls allowance?

  The following usage is included within the free roaming minutes allowance:

  • Calls received while roaming
  • Calls made while roaming to Bahrain

  Calls made while roaming to other countries are not included in the free minutes allowance and will be charged as international calls.

• What is the contract period for the Postpaid World plans?

  The contract period for the Postpaid World Plans is 12 months.

• Can unlimited social media be used while roaming?

  Unlimited social media usage is available for local use only and cannot be accessed while roaming.

• How long will the one-month free rental offer be available?

  The one-month free rental offer is available for a limited time exclusively on the Batelco App and applies to every new activation or upgrade.
