Batelco Racing is looking forward to participating in the 24 Hour Endurance Karting Race, scheduled to take place this weekend on Friday and Saturday at the Bahrain International Karting Circuit (BIKC).

The 24 Hour race will begin at 1.30pm on Friday and continue for 24 hours through to the following afternoon. However, the action begins early on Friday morning with practice sessions starting at 10.40am followed by qualifying rounds at 12.25pm.

Batelco Racing’s participation follows on from their success throughout 2014 which culminated in the team winning the Dubai 2014 Endurance championship. For the weekend Endurance race, Batelco Racing will feature drivers Mohd Mattar, Khalid Al Saei, Ali Basilar, Abdulla Buhindi and Abdulla Al Thawadi with Kumail Al Musawi as the team manager.

Around 20 local, regional and international teams will be in action, all vying for the valuable grand prize of free registration to the 24 Hours of Paris at Racing Kart de Cormeilles track, to be held later in the year.
