• Who is eligible for a Jawaher membership?

  Batelco Postpaid, One Plan, Mobile Broadband and Fiber Broadband customers will automatically be enrolled into the Jawaher program for free.

• How can I earn points

  You can earn Jawaher points upon paying your active Mobile Postpaid, One Plan, Mobile Broadband, and/or Fiber Broadband bill in full and on time before the due date.

• Are Jawaher Points earned per line or all lines under my CPR?

  You will earn your points for all lines under your CPR.

• How can I move up a tier to earn more points?
  The amount of points you earn will be based on the accumulated total of all bills under your CPR.

• How can I manage my Jawaher points?

  You can manage your Jawaher points on the Batelco app under the Jawaher tab.

• How long does it take for the points to show on the Batelco App?

  It takes a maximum of 48hrs to show the points earned on the Batelco app.

• How can I redeem my points?

  Points can be redeemed as a Batelco Service Credit towards paying your bill. The redemption of Jawaher Points can be managed through the Batelco App.

• Can I transfer my Jawaher Points?

  No, you are not able to transfer points at this time.

• What can I use my Jawaher Points for?

  You can use your Jawaher points for credit on your Batelco bills (for postpaid and fixed services).

• Do I need to pay my bills in full or partial to be able to earn Jawaher points?

  You need to pay all your Batelco bills in full and before the bill due date to earn Jawaher points.

• Do Jawaher points expire?

  Yes, you may refer to your account on the Batelco app to see the expiry details of your earned points.

  The amount of points received will be based on the full bill amount, excluding VAT.

  Jawaher Deals is part of the Jawaher Loyalty program. It provides access to exclusive in-store deals, offers, and discounts from over 140 merchants across Bahrain

• Where do I find Jawaher Deals?

  Simply open the Batelco App, select Jawaher, then tap Jawaher Deals to browse the offers available.

• Do I need to sign up to use Jawaher deals?

  Yes, activation is required for first-time users. However, the service is free for all Batelco customers. To activate, open the Batelco App, navigate to Jawaher, then tap Jawaher Deals.

• How do I redeem a Jawaher deal?

  To redeem a deal, tap on the preferred offer within the app and follow the on-screen instructions.

• How do I sign up for Jawaher Premium Deals?

  You can easily subscribe through the Jawaher Deals page on the Batelco app. The subscription fee is BD 1 per month.

• How do I pay for Jawaher Premium Deals?

  Postpaid, One Plan, Fiber, and Mobile Broadband customers will have the subscription fee added to their monthly bill. For Prepaid customers, the amount will be deducted directly from their available credit.
